Budget Bal is a very simple application for balancing ones budget.
The basic idea is to have a list of items with a budget goal for each item.

* Overage amounts - when maximum item amount is exceeded, the overage can automatically be transferred into another item

The overage amounts is one of the key features. If the specified item maximum is exceeded, then the overage amount is transferred to an item of the users choosing.
